What if he pops up somewhere near you, for weeks stares then look away when you look in his direction,then when you finally approach him for a conversation and him a question, he looks down, chokes, then mixes his words  up to say something unintelligible and incoherent. 

He seemed so uncomfortable, it made me uncomfortable, so I decided to wait until another time when he is less nervous.  I saw him later that day, and as Iwas walking pass,  I heard him clearly answered the question I had asked him earlier to the person he was talking to.  It did not make sense and at the time I did not understand who he was talking to.

But since this incident, he stopped I showing up around me, so I went looking for him, and saw that he spends his breaks and lunch at his desk. I don't know if I should approach him again or give him space until he feels he is ready to talk to me or maybe he changed his mind about me altogether.  Its been about a week. Thanks.
