Drug Addiction and Low Sex Drive

Hi my name is Emily and i am a drug addict and have been addicted to pain killers for 7 years now and for the last 6 of those years i have had no sex drive none at all i dont even get turned on. Could this be because of the pills or a deeper problem. Because like anyone else would like to have a sexual relationship with my boyfriend. We have sex and he really enjoys it alot and i do to but i never have an orgasim i pretend to so he feels good but for once i would like it to be for real. So does anyone have any advice for me cause i could really use it
