These are questions asked again and again on your site and I am as happy as you, that people come to ask questions rather than just waiting and worrying.
Articles like this go a long way toward helping, as it is much easier to refer people to a well written, thoughtful post, then try to research and write it each time. I would hope that all would read your posts; I'm sure many do but it is only by leaving comments, and suggestions, even experiences, that we know they have been here.
