I want to first thank everyone who participated in the previous question of the week.  It was especially informative and enlightening.  Wanted to also gently remind people that although we are talking about sexual health here that this is still family site and we have to watch our language that we aren't launching into porn talk.  Smile

Having said that....how about a question for discussion?

Let's talk about PMS. I have always loved this Roseanne Barr quote about PMS:

"Women complain about PMS, but I think of it as the only time of the month when I can be myself."

Some people maintain that there is no such thing as PMS. Perhaps they are living in a monastery or something. I am a definitely believer that PMS exists.

Do you or does your girlfriend or wife experience PMS?  What symptoms do you or your girlfriend/wife have during this time?   Have you found any ways to lessen these symptoms?  Is there anyone out there who feels that PMS is used as an excuse for being less than pleasant to others?

Do tell all!  We want to hear your opinion on this.  Thank you for joining the conversation!
