Q: hi i am 18 yrs old and i have had itching in my vaginal area could u please help me?

i have had this itching for a few months and sometimes prevents me from having a good sleep also i have some bumps on the outter side f my vaginal lips they and they are reddish i have ha sex with about 6 ppl but have not had sex in abut 4-6 months andwuld really like to get to the bottom of this am really worried i might have something and would like to know if u could plz help me that wuld be awsome

also they hardly hurt but really itch and if i itch them they will sting a bit im also in my cycle right now

First of all you should see a doctor right away, when you wait things get worse. Maybe you could have a yeast infection which affects the outer and inner parts of the vagina. Good Luck and see a doctor
