Q: My period is out of wack and I feel bloated regardless of what I eat- why?

In September I had a period that was about 2.5 days long- which is about half the normal length of my period. Last month my period was 9 days late and I just spotted for two days and only bled for 1.5 days. I took two urine pregnancy tests that were both negative- both before that 1.5 days of bleeding. That was on the 11th and it's now the 23rd and I'm having period cramps and just feel bloated a lot of the time, regardless of what I eat. I got off the pill in March because I found out I have Type V Leiden Mutation- my blood clots faster than most peoples. What's going on?
