Q: after a successful pregnancy is a second one dangerous?

I have lupus and I'm 39. I have a child 3 and a half years old  and my pregnancy was very smooth with no problems at all. I was taking plaquenil. How dangerous can a second pregnancy be? Will there be any problems with my kidneys? Thank you very much for looking into my question!
