Q: tiny white bump. chronic bacterial infections

for the past year ive noticed a tiny white hard bump that doesnt hurt on my perineal area. Ive asked my gyno and she said not to worry about it. I also have chronic bacterial vaginosis and was wondering if these could be related. I have looked at many pictures of STDS and it doesnt seem to resemble any. Could this be something else?

Hi leo

If your gyne has checked you out already and said that it is nothing to worry about then....it is probably nothing to worry about.

Did she tell you what it was?  My best guess is that it might be a sebaceous cyst which you can read about here.

Hope this helps some and thank you for your question.
