Hello I'm a 24 year old Male. I've recently started working out and am seeing some great results. I heard the best back workout is pullups. sadly I have an issue when it comes to pull ups, and even some core workouts, once it starts to get difficult for me I feel as I'm about to orgasm,it gets rather annoying as I would love to better myself physically in this way.Once while doing an ab workout I didnt stop and ejaculated all over my shorts and had to stop my workout to clean up.Is there anyway I can stop, or avoid this from happening?

Hello Dion

I must say...I have never heard this question before.  Are you extremely physically sensitive?  This is happening when you do pull ups on a pull up bar?  Is it due to the positioning of your legs?  Are you working out at the gym?  Are there exercises you do which do not produce this result?  You may want to ask your trainer or explore which exercises can work the same muscles but not result in this effect.

Sorry I can not be of more help to you.

Good luck!  Thank you for your question.

Hello first I want to say thank you so much for your reply! =) When you ask if I'm physically sensitive, what exactly do you mean? And yes sadly it happens when i cross my legs, tuck or lift my legs. I work out at home I'm actually using a home workout system called P90X and don't have a personal trainer =/ and I mount a pull up bar on my door frame so I kind HAVE to get my legs out of the way or they hit the floor and cant get the same workout since it kind makes it easier in a way. The only way it doesn't happen is if I let my legs dangle freely when I'm pulling up, and slightly bend them at the bottom and rest them on the floor slightly on the down motion. My core workouts have been going better, I noticed if i do pull ups first that kinda sets me off, the harder the pullups get, the orgasm will creap up on me little by little with each rep, if I get off, breathe for a second, then get back on it's almost like its instant it doesnt even get dificult when I can feel the orgasm coming on. If I stop before I actually orgasm and try doing ab workouts the same effect happens, only if I do the pull ups first. I've been trying to do ab workouts an different days or before pullups. Its really annoying having to deal with tho =( I've looked around online and found other people who deal with this too, but eveything I usually read are people just talking about how good it feels and how they think its so cool how they can do it but sadly haven't found anyone with an idea of how to stop or control it. Anyway I've ranted enough again, thank you for your reply =)
