My boyfriend's penis itches after we had anal sex. Is that normal and could I get pregnant from that

Whatever might be normal for his penis only he knows. If the itching is because of any external or internal symptom, he should be seen by a doctor, just to be safe.
As long as his penis and no sperm make contact with your vagina, you should be safe but the anus and vagina are very close. You should be using a reiable form of birth control if you contniue to have sex and probably also a condom for anal sex.
