I am not sure I understand your question.  What do you mean by "satify" here?  Do you mean that you are not able to sustain an erection or do you mean that you cannot bring your wife to orgasm?

Are you satisfying yourself?  That's all that really matters.  If you are in the United States, your wife will divorce you and take all of your money, anyway.

Your girlfriend is just faking orgasm in her attempt to be your next wife; don't fall for it.  If she succeeds in becoming the next Mrs. Somnath, she too will divorce you and take what little money you have left.

It's very noble that you're interested in satisfying your wife but it's irrelevant; she couldn't care less.  Now, if dollar bills were the ejaculate of the female orgasm, THEN they'd be interested!  Until that happens, just worry about getting yours.
