I don't believe so. I am not a doctor, but any harmful bacteria, such as those which cause infection, which he transmitted were probably absorbed into your blood stream very quickly. Doesn't mean you'll become infected, first, there has to be harmful bacteria, and your body will try to deal with those.

His ejaculate is absorbed and disposed of by your body. Any sperm though, which can live for 3-5 days or so, could potentially fertilize an egg and cause pregnancy. You can't flush them out.

You can, if you wish, take a morning after pill available at a drug store if you are 17 or older, to try and prevent that.

The sooner you take the drug, the more effective it is, up to 72 hours after having intercourse. But it is not 100% effective and that decreases as time goes by after intercourse, during those 72 hours.

Time periods vary to detect whether you have contracted a certain disease, you may wish to talk to your doctor about when to be tested for various infections, if you want. If you are at all worried, do see your doctor for advice.
