Q: I have many of these white pimple like bumps on my scotrum and the stem of my penis.

The pimples date back even before my puberty. And as many kids would do i used to press them releasing a white material. Also my penis smells quite odd.Now the number of these pimples have grown dramatically covering almost all of my penis except the shaft and the "head".Please help me find a remedy for this misery.I can't even have sex due to embarrassment. Also i have this itchy kind of feeling on my penis all the time. Please help me identify this thing and also find a cure...

I think it time for you to schedule a physical examination by a doctor. That is where you can find answer and if necessary, treatment for your problems. That these pimples are growing, that you have a peculiar odor and are itchy is something you shouldn't want to continue.

It's not really possible to get a "remedy" without first knowing what you have. The small white bumps can be harmless sebaceous cysts at the hair follicles or they could genital warts, could be other things, but that is why you need to see a physician.

Make a list of questions you want answered, this will help them and you, to make best use of your time.

I have searched all over the internet in order to first diagnose it myself. And i found that(well...it's what everybody says) these bumps are harmless and quite common in almost every guy.And also saw the pictures comparing them with mine. And it seems that maybe these really are harmless sebaceous cysts. But i have got just "too many" of them. Some also said that there is no cure for this and that i'd better prepare myself to live with it forever. There's got to be something that could make them disappear. It's quite a shame to have an "abnormal" penis, hesitating to even show it to somebody especially to someone you want to have sex with.Isn't there anyone who knows how to make them go away??

That's why I recommended going to a doctor, because many men have these small, white pimples, that aren't really pimples, on their scrotum.

What I got from your original post was that they were growing dramatically, there was an odor and itchiness and I still think you need to be examined by a physician, to ask a professional questions and get reassured, if they are the same as most men have, or if they are not, what are they, and what can be done about it, because it bothers you like this.

A doctor, who has seen many groin areas, can tell you whether you have an abnormal amount. I also searched and found those to be a common occurrence, but found nothing seriously written, about getting rid of them.

I'm not saying it isn't impossible, that where the doctor comes in. If you go and learn anything, it would be nice if you could post here and help others.

Good luck... it may not be as bad as you think, make an appointment.

Thank you for posting here.

Also, don't worry about any embarassment, doctors are there for this very reason. They have dealt with it all. If you make an appoinment just tell them you want to discuss a personal, physical matter with the doctor.
