Q: Is it healthy to have sex every day? I have it twice a day, at night and in the morning.

Hello! Is it Ok to have sex every day? I have it in the morning and at night. I'm just worried that it can be harmful for my health. I really enjoy it. Though sometimes I get dry during the intercourse.

There is nothing wrong with having sex twice a day everyday if you enjoy it. When you find yourself getting dry be sure and use proper lubrication.

Its quite all right to have sex several times each day. For dryness, you could use a lubricant. Your BF may find it arousing to use it on you too.
