Hello again

I just answered your question but too I am wondering if you are talking about something hurting inside or are you talking about the skin on your perineal area...between the vagina and anus?

Tell us more and maybe I can research this for you.

The area that hurts is at the bottom of the opening of the vagina,it is like opening a cut. Thanks for reply

Any other place that is sore?  Have you had children?  Were you ever cut there as in an episiotomy?

I think you should get a second opinion on what is going on if this is causing so much pain that you have to stop sexual intercourse.  I am not a doctor and I really can't tell you what this could mean.

I am sorry you are going through this.

I am 56 years old ,have 2 children, and my first child born in 1983 I had a episiotomy with him.I have had this problem for about 2 years and all my doctors say is use a lubricant ,but as i had stated that has not helped at all.It is not an inside ,its more like right at the opening. My husband is a very caring person and he goes real slow when inserting his penis. His penis does not even go in 1/4 of an inch and it hurts.I am very frustrated with this and no one has been able to tell me why. Thanks for your concern.
