I've never read of any side effects from masturbating over a long period of time or frequency unless, it keeps you from enjoying other parts of your life, or harms yourself physically from too much activity. It's true for both sexes, I believe.

I don't think there is any empirical evidence of almost daily masturbation being harmful to you in later reproductive life. A healthy person's body continues functioning, whether doing that, walking, seeing or other things.

Like many other pursuits, such as playing video games for example, if it keeps us from work, school, normal social activities, things we need to do; we may need to adjust, if we can, or seek professional help, if we can't.
