Q: how would i know or feel when a vagina had penetrated first by other penis before i penetrated with the same vagina?

i had sex with my wife last night after 1 month. When i penetrated her vagina with my penis i smelled some odor from inside her vagina and the odor went away after a minute my penis is inside her vagina. Is this a sign of smell from a condom or a sperm of other penis who had intercourse with her before me?
