i went through the ivf i had my transfer on the 26 my period didnt come the docs had to give me provera a month before that to start myperiod because i was hard to suppress

This is a question best answered by the prescribing doctor, since they are familiar with your medical conditions, past and present and the medications you are on, your whole history. Depo Provera can often interrupt a few cycles, not sure about Lupron.
