32 years old sexaully active. multiple partners in the last few years. just now showing signs of any problems.

Q: symptoms are flakey skin on penis and a area of a rash. do you know what that might be?

Hi Brian
The only way to know for sure what this is...is to see your doctor. I am not a doctor so I can't diagnose you. But it could be something as simple as excema or a yeast infection. Here is a site with pictures so you can see if this might be the case. If this is what is ailing you, you probably need some antibiotics.
