Q: I have a scab near the tip of my penis and i cant get hard.Is it possible i punctured a vein and now cant get hard?

it is a scab and it looks like it could be where my vein is

If it's a scab, it mean you had opened a wound, or became bruised from some activity, but you are healing. You need to let this heal before you engage in intercourse or masturbation. If it appears to be infected, seeping fluids, pus, or blood, you will need to be seen by your doctor for treatment.
