with my boyfriend I have been getting pain on the right side bellow my ovary and this pain shifts from right to left. I am 3 days away from my period but I never had pain like this before. Could it be a sign of pregnancy? I have sore breasts and feel sick, (no vomiting) or could I have hurt or pulled something in there??? hope it isn't cysts. it doesn't hurt to push on the area but it does feel alittle harder in my whole lower half. also it only hurts when I stand up and move alot. the pain is described as menstral cramps and constipation but I use the bathroon daily. should i be panicing about how I feel????? I have been having panic attacks because i think there is something really wrong with me and that it is a cyst and I am going to die from it. =/ PLEASE HELP!

The best way to help yourself is to see a gynecologist for a pelvic exam. There is little anyone can do over the internet to make you better. All of the things you mention are possible, and more. Or it may not be anything so serious.
Make the appointment, give them the same details you've given here. Write down all of your symptoms, and if you can remember, the order in which they came.
