Okay so how do you know that she did these things with past lovers? Have you guys talked about this? Is it a jealousy thing?
The best thing you can do in my opinion is to have a direct conversation with her to ask your questions. Only she knows why she no longer does these things. Maybe she has less to prove with you and feels more at ease. If you want to see her in sexy outfits...maybe you can buy her some. But first ask how she feels about it.
