Q: I have not had a period in almost a year and am dealing with Rapid weight gain Any ideas?

I am 21 years old and have had a a normal cycle until a year ago.  Nothing Changed, just all of the sudden I quit having periods.  Now that they have ended I am putting on large amounts of weight,  No I am not pregnant, and yes I am sure.  But I have worked out a hour a day and some days more, for 5 months now.  My eating has been limited to greens and protein. And still I was gaining weight.  I have gone from 160 to 210 in about a year.  What can I do?
