hi i,m 42 yrs old and had 2 periods in 1 month and for me this is not normal now i,m having bad back and abdorminal pains . I was having unprotected sex did not miss a period yet for this month what could be wrong .

Are you generally very regular? If there has been a disruption in your life it could throw your cycle off. Normal cycles varry from 28-36 days so you might just have had a short cycle. The back and abdominal pains sound like cramps, but since I am not a doctor, I can't tell you for sure.
