I have had this pain in my left testical for a while now which often comes into place on long car journeys and have never thought anything of it, however recently every time i ejaculate it has started to become very painful. I looked at it and i think i can feel a lump not actually on the testical itsself but more like in what i believe to be a vein leading to my testicles. Does it sound serious? Please let me know, i am only 17 and quite confused.

You need to get to a doctor to get checked out.....It sounds a little like varicocele.

it does sound a lot like that after reading up about it, but what are the chances of myself becoming infertile? Should i visit a GP or gynecologist?
