What form of birth control?
Here is a good article from the Mayo Clinic which answers this question. Have to scroll a bit but you'll see the information you're asking about and a bit further down about your periods resuming. But it can vary widely. Fore example, if you had or would have had trouble conceiving before you began birth control, you woulld still have the same trouble after stopping.
It will leave your system in a few days, which is why they always warn when someone misses a pill or two to use a back up method of birth control.
What I was trying to tell you is that doesn't mean you get pregnant right away, necessarily, there are other factors involved. But, I hope it happens for you quickly, good luck.
