Hello i am 20 years old, i had recently gotten married this year and been TTC with my husband. We now been trying for about 7 months and nothing's yet to come. My head are full of worries in thinking that maybe i can not have children. The possibilities that crosses my mind are, irregular periods, having to much intercourse, i just don't know what to do. so if you can please help me out that would be such a blessing. my major fear is having somthing wrong with my ovaries, and also i have heard that women with irregular periods don't really ovulate. so if you can please let me know that would be a weight off my chest. thank you and have a great day ! katrina

It will take a pelvic exam by a gynecologist. to determine if you are healthy to conceive and be checked to make sure you are ovulating.

I would point you toward this answer given by Merely Me, the community leader for this site, to start.

She has written a couple of articles you might find helpful, comforting, and even one is humorous, in it's way. She is an excellent writer.

One on the emotional pain of infertility found here and the other on myths of conceiving located here.

Another idea, down the road to think about is your partner's fertility which can be tested. There are ovulation tools online which try to help pinpoint your most fertile days, which you probably already know all about.

The worrying won't fix anything just make everything harder. Please be seen by a doctor and establish that physically, you are fine and if you do, try to write down everything you have a question on.
