i have an infection but dont know the diagnosis

when ever i have sex protected or not i have a milk white discharge that is has an odor. whenever i do have sex unprotected the sperm burns; its sometimes unbearably painful too and my boy friend has an itch n the tip of his penis gets swollen n strips. could u advise me as to wat to do. iv…
