MY PERIOD WON'T GO AWAY. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

Artemis

A MONTH FROM NOW MY PERIOD WON'T GO AWAY, LITERALLY. ITS BECOME A SOFT CONSTANT STAIN THAT I DEAL WITH DAILY.OTHER THAN TAKEN SOME NEW DIETARY PILLS I RECALL DOING NOTHING TO CAUSE THIS CHANGE OTHER THAN STRESSING MY SLEEPING HABITS, AND I ALREADY DISCONTINUE THE PILLS USE JUST IN CASE BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED. SEVERAL OF MY COWORKERS HAD USED THE PILLS BUT NONE OF THEM HAD SUFFER THIS POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECT EITHER. I STILL HAVE MY REGULAR DAYS BUT EVEN THOSE ARE SHORTER NOW (MY REGULAR DAYS USED TO BE 5 NOW ONLY 3). WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? COULD BE LACK OF SLEEP? STRESS? A REMAINING SIDE EFFECT OF THE DIET PILLS? WHAT SHOULD I DO? SHOULD I BE WORRIED?

Any time your body changes it's routine, including the length and and flow rate of your period, you should be concerned. Unfortunately, it is not something which can be diagnosed over the Internet and you probably should have a pelvic exam completed after telling the doctor what you have said here.

They will try to find out if there is anything for you to worry about. Until then, don't worry, but do see your doctor.

I have no intentions of scaring you but have you been having unprotected sex, including oral sex?  If so you may want to go get an STI check, particularly for chlamydia and gonorrhea.  Good luck!
