Q: Stomach Noises & Headache, Pregnant?

Yesterday and today I have been experiencing a persistant headache.  I have a lot of rumbling in my stomach and some gas. My bowels were really hard this morning and I took a natural laxative and had one bowel since but my stomach is still making crazy noises. I also feel somewhat bloated.

I am on birthcontrol (for years now - Loestrine Fe 1/20) and take my pills at 6:30pm everyday. This past Saturday night (Sunday morning) I had sex with my boyfriend at about 1am and he came inside me (no condom). After we were done I realized I had forgot to take my pill that day and took it right away.  What are the chances I am pregant.....could my symptoms be linked?

It's not very likely that you would experience pregnancy symptoms so soon if you were pregnant. What's more likely is that you ate something that didn't agree with you or you're getting sick. It is also possible, if you've been dwelling on this since you realized you missed a pill, that you've convinced yourself that you are pregnant and are experiencing false symptoms. If you still think you're pregnant in three to four weeks take a home pregnancy test. Reply
