Q: I have constant light in brown and in weight spotting. What can this be caused by?

I am 28 and very active. This has never happened to me and I am concerned. I recently went to the doctor and the tests came back normal. I have no other symptoms, no cramping or tender breasts. Thanks for your help.

Being so active can cause your cycle to be irregular.  I wouldn't worry about it unless it continues month to month.
