what does it mean if your bleeding through the butt area when pregnant?

I assume it is not a lot, or if it is, you may want to consider seeking medical help. By that I mean, constant bleeding without stopping.
Hemorrhoids are one cause, and anal fissures, often caused by constipation, passing hard stools, which can accompany pregnancy, are another. Make sure you mention this to your doctor next time you go in. Here is a link to a great deal of information about this, I hope it helps.
