Q: Is there a way to make my menstrual cycle start early?

Is there a way you can make your menstrual cycle start early?? I read this article

http://www.ehow.com/how_4853322_ones-menstrual-cycle-come-sooner.html and the 2nd step on there talks about 3-4 cups boiling water and steeping a bunch of parsley every day... Is there any truth to that or do they mean all 3 steps together might do that?? (I'm not on the pill at the moment) I only ask because I don't want to deal with this if I don't have to, when I'm away next week... Right now I am having what I call "pre" menstrual feelings, it's just minor discomfort that happens sometimes before my cycle starts but usually my cycle shows up like 24 hours later... it's been a couple days now. Is there any truth to this steeping parsley stuff?? Because it really sounds like an old wives tale to me -- MEGAN

Well, I've heard of #1, using birth control pills. But #2 is a new one on me. I'm not saying it might not work, just that I never heard of it. #3, I don't know about that one either. Perhaps you can check with your doctor.
