Hi Sara

I am not a doctor so I can't tell you if you are pregnant or not but I would guess that you are feeling the side effects to the medication.

Here is the official Escapelle site where they say this about the side effects:

"Some women do have side effects after taking emergency contraceptive pills such as breast tenderness, headaches, stomach pains, diarrhoea, feeling dizzy or feeling tired. These symptoms are usually minor and should get better after a few days. If you are worried, phone your pharmacist or speak to the doctor or nurse where you were given Escapelle® or call the Escapelle® helpline 0861 102 329."

They also say this about the risk of irregular bleeding after taking this medication:

"Most women will have their period at the usual time, but your period can also come earlier or later than usual. You might also have some irregular bleeding or ‘spotting' until your next period."

If you are still concerned over pregnancy...you could take a home pregnancy test but it does seem unlikely based upon what you are saying.

I would look into the fact that you are getting two periods in a month...you do need to be seen by a gynecologist and also maybe seek out a good reliable birth control method.

Hope this helps and I hope you feel better.  Thank you for your question.
