Q: How often does the average married couple have sex? My husband and I have been together 11 years and still have sex atleast 2-3 times a night. Is this normal?
Normal is whatever you like. We are in our forties and make love daily, and occasionally 2 to 4 times when time permits. Often people's sex life diminishes due to demands of family and work, and even age. But not for everyone. The real question is: Are you comfortable making love 2 or 3 times, or more a night?
We have been married for 26 yrs. and our sex life is about once a week. In the beginning we had sex daily, but never more than once a day. Personally, I cannot imagine sex 2-3 times a night! If you are not comfortable with the frequency, talk to your husband. And normal is determined between the marital partners. Hope this helps.
