I'm a 43 yr old male and when I'm about to orgasm I often get severe cramps in my left leg and/or left foot. Why? Position does not make a difference in this happening.

Not really sure but since the entire genital area is innervated by alot of nerves - it may be that a nerve is being stimulated during orgasm coincidentally.
