Q: happily married so desperate to have a baby please help?

Hi An,
I'm not sure what specifically you are asking about, are you having difficulty becoming pregnant? Physicians define infertility as the inability to become pregnant after one year of trying, or as women who have multiple, repeat miscarriages.
If that describes you, you may want to meet with a fertility specialist. You can find one in your area at the Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
