Q: Extremely tender veiny breasts, gas, suddenly irregular periods, what could it be?

I have never experienced veiny breasts before my period, and suddenly, just this morning, I find that my whole chest is veiny and my breasts are swollen when they definitely weren't as much yesterday. I also woke up this morning with an extremely sore shoulder joint from god-knows-what, and just three days ago had lotion-like creamy white discharge. I've also been experiencing quite a bit of gas (over the past two months), lower abdominal cramping, (starting just a few days ago) fatigue, and lower back pain. My periods have been irregular, ranging from a 23-28-32 day cycle, and I'm expecting to be on it next week (going by the 28 day cycle). Does this mean I'm pregnant?

I haven't even had sex yet (no penetration). My partner's penis only touched my vaginal area a couple times, and he didn't even ejaculate to boot. I know for a fact that there's no sperm in precum (found on goaskalice.com and various other health sites) unless he had ejaculated earlier and hadn't urinated, which he didn't. Also I was not on birth control.

I'm getting frustrated from not knowing and seeing all of these viable possibilities of me being pregnant or not. Please help me with this.

You're wrong about pre-ejaculate not containing sperm, but that disagreement aside, all of these things are different from normal for you. That tells you to make an appointment with your doctor to find out why these changes have taken place.

No one can diagnose you over the Internet without ever seeing you.

As far as pregnancy, when your normal period is more than a week late, you can take a home pregnancy test, or be tested by a doctor. Those are the only two reliable ways to know, right now.
