i had sex with my we used a condom and he had trouble getting in me so he used his hand to help. and stratched me and some skin on my clitrous came off is that bad? it doesnt hurt at all? or could it mean something else

If you have any doubts you should a physical exam of the area by a doctor.
But, if it doesn't hurt you, which is kind of surprising, you should have no problem healing if you keep the area clean, like any scratch it should heal. Just keep watch for any redness or signs of infection.
