HG SIL

I've recently been diagnosed with an HG SIL. I'm 18 years old and my coloscopy said there was no HPV infection. However I had laser treatment for the dysplasia. I want to know if this will affect my chances of conceiving in the future? And the chances of this developing into cervical cancer?
