I don't think there are any pros to sexual abuse.

I don't think there are any good things about sexual abuse, or indeed suffering ANY abuse. However there is help.
Lets start with PTSD. Find someone who counsels, if female have a female person to talk to, if male same thing.
There are many cost effective and free clinics and groups for just that because you are far from alone. There are hotlines for these events and they are national lines who will refer you in your own city.
Don't take "NO" for an answer. If your abuser is against it, then go to a different city.
Get it out in the open and get to talkin'.
