Q: I have a medium sized swollen lump under the skin on one side of my vagina area near the lips?

its painful when pressure is appliedon it, it feels bruised but there is defintely a swollen lump. I cycle and recently got a new bike and the saddle seat isnt compfy but also had sex at the weekend could any of this cause this and any ideas on what it could be?? Not itchy or in flammed only on one side, really uncompfortable to cycle on and when sitting?

You could try the easiest thing and not ride for a few days to see if the swelling goes does and the pain lessens. Then you could try switching to a different type of seat.

You can try reading an article written by Merely Me , a writer on this site, titled, Bumps on the Vagina: How to Know if it is Serious? It can help at least, eliminate some possibilities. If it does not get better, or worsens, then you will need to be examined by a physician. It may be a cyst or an infection that needs medical attention.

But I have ran across some seats which just do not work and have made me very sore in that area.
