I've been having orgasms in my sleep and then after I have to go to the bathroom and I have really painful gas. What is causing this? Is it actually an orgasm or something else? This is the third time in about a month this has happened.

I'd change my diet and remove gas causing foods and also make sure my last eating experience is hours before I go to sleep. I'd also make sure to empty my bladder right before going to sleep. I'm not sure what is going on but i would try those first.
