Im not a virgin but I am also not sexually active at the moment and havent been in the pass two years. i recently discovered that I have a pimple like bump on the top of my clitoris. I know that things like this can possibly be cancerous but I dont want to think that way. Im its something that can just go away on its own. Please some info on how this can go away or what it might would be greatly appericated.
