my last period was 21 days late, it lasted for 6 days and now 6 days after it ended it looks like I'm starting again is that possible?

It's possible, but not normal, that you are experiencing bleeding like your regular period. There are many reasons why you may be having irregular bleeding, or irregular periods, like birth control drugs, polyps, ovarian cysts and others, even perimenopause , depending on your age. This really needs to be addressed by a doctor; all bleeding in between periods is not normal and needs to investigated by your doctor to be sure it is nothing serious.
