I'm getting bumbs on my vagina that arent pus or have any like white head or anything nasty looking and im a virgin and have never had any skin on skin contact with anyone or done anything sexual so theres no way i have an std or any sex related disease so how do i know what it is?

It could be an allergic reaction to anything which you use that comes into contact with that area, including what you wear. Some women who shave that area also can have problems due to sensitive skin or ingrown hairs. There are a lot of things. See if that article helps you at all. Good luck.
