hello, this is a bit strange question, but it worries me.

Can anal sex hurt other male organs except the rectum?

For example, root of penis (or penis is strongly fixed inside male body and can't be damage or shifted), urogenital diaphragm or some associated with it muscles.

You might want to run this by your doctor.

As far as I know, other than possibly damaging the sphincter muscle, and other than creating rips and tears which can facilitate disease more rapidly, I've not heard of damage cause by a penis. Or damage caused to a penis especially if lubricated.

I've not heard, but the doctor may have, it wouldn't hurt to ask them.
