Without a physical exam by a doctor, it is impossible to tell you what they are.

But Merely Me, a writer and community leader for this site wrote an article titled, Bumps On the Vagina: How to know if it is serious, which should help answer your worries and may help you decide whether to see a doctor.

If there is any doubt or worry, as that article will tell you, you should be seen by a doctor. The best of luck to you!
