From what I read you don't have a lot to worry about, missing one pill by six hours doesn't seem to change much as far as pregnancy is concerned. Even on the web site for Loestrin 24, as with other birth control pills, it says that if you even miss taking a pill you can double up the next day and not need to use any other birth control method.
However, this is from the Loestrin 24 website, specifically the, "Loestrin 24 and your period," tab:
"What if I miss my period?
There may be times when you do not menstruate regularly after you take a cycle of pills. If you miss a period, it is usually not a problem if you have taken your pill every day.
If you have taken your pills regularly and miss a period, continue taking your pills for the next cycle, but be sure to tell your doctor."
Home pregnancy tests are best taken when your period is more than a week late. I hope this helps some, best of luck to you.

Thank you so much, I'll wait another week and take another test. But I'm going to the doctor on Tuesday so I'm going to take a blood test either way, but I appreciate the comments. Thanks again.
