Q: Period twice in One month

Hi i started my period on the 18th of march and it ended on the 23rd.I started taking birth control on the 25th 2 days after my period ended, but i didnt like the pill so i stopped on the 28th and then on the 31st I began bleeding like i was on my period again. I began bleeding in the morning and it is now night and i am still bleeding, like its a normal period. my cycle is usally 28-30 days. Can you tell me why this has happened is it bad? And if not protected could i get pregnant??

Taking the pill, and/or stopping, can cause irregular bleeding and bleeding between mestrual periods. So this is probably a result of your starting and stopping. I am not a doctor, so if you are worried, then the best thing to do is see your doctor because there are other conditions which can cause bleeding.

Taking the pill for only two days would not really protect you from becoming pregnant if you had unprotected sex.
